50L is made up of a 25-litre jerry can and a 25-litre paint can balanced asymmetrically on either end of a scaffolding pole. The pole hangs from a hosepipe, suspended from the ceiling. The paint can contains water collected from a leaking pipe in the artists’ studio; the jerry can contains leeks, cut at the stem and regrown from this water.
